Sailing in a team is a perfect opportunity to strengthen the ties between all the members of a department or the entire company. They develop skills such as leadership, acceptance, cooperation, competitiveness and communication, which are important to achieve a common goal, in this case be the first to cross the finishing line.

The race circuit will be defined according to your choice, as we organize regattas in Barcelona, Sitges or between two ports. We take care of the entire organization of this event, from the reception of the employees until the award ceremony.
The duration of the regatta is usually between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the type of circuit chosen and the weather conditions.
When your company arrives at the port, you will be greeted by a ChartersBCN member who will give you an informative briefing. We will then divide your group in teams of 7-8 people per boat. Once on board, the professional skippers will explain how everything works and together you will define the roles that each person will have during the regatta.
The boats will leave the port 15 or 20 minutes before the start of the regatta to practice the maneuvers safely. As soon as all the teams are close to the starting line, the beginning of the race will be announced via radio. The race will start and the teams have to manage to reach the finish line first, passing the buoys without touching them.
Upon arrival, we will prepare some snacks and refreshments for you to enjoy while you talk about the experience and relive it. To conclude the event, we will hold an award ceremony for the winner of your regatta.
